Leading Change

Effective change management ensures that change is implemented smoothly and has lasting benefits. It is about the whole organisation and the people within it, each with their own purpose, responsibilities and concerns. It ensures that the change process is clear and fair so that the organisation and people will survive and thrive throughout.

Workshop participants explore the ADKAR model as a tool to deliver a successful change process. The workshop also considers common challenges that may arise throughout change and how they can either be avoided or managed effectively.
