Communication Masterclass for Leaders

Highly effective communication skills are essential for anyone in a leadership role. Participants gain insight into their own communication style and how it may impact others, so that they can focus on enhancing their communication skills and lead more effectively.

The workshop is interactive, and participants will have the opportunity to connect with and learn from other leaders with similar opportunities and challenges. Through structured conversations and scenarios participants explore common challenges for leaders, including difficult conversations and maintaining positive communication even when the relationship is challenging.

In this session we will explore:
  • Communicating effectively as a leader including understanding own and others communication styles and preferences
  • Active listening and body language
  • Responding vs reacting to challenging language or behaviours such as manipulation, personal attacks and passive resistance
  • Engaging confidently in difficult conversations including preparation and planning
