Leading Cultural Change

CORP works with organisations to enact cultural change. This is a transformational process that takes time and commitment from leadership at all levels.

Culture is shaped by the actions and behaviours of leaders who must be willing to model the behaviour they wish to see in the rest of the organisation.

A comprehensive understanding of the organisation is required and may involve interviews with employees to gain insights into the underlying background and culture. Once understanding of the current culture and desired future culture of the organisation is clear, a structure for change can be developed and enacted and may include work with leaders to understand and change behaviours that are contributing to unhealthy culture.

It also provides a range of strategies to support the change process including coaching, professional development, structural change recommendations, testing and review.
