Meet Conglin

Conglin recently joined EASA as a student Social Worker as part of her journey towards completing a Master of Social Work (Qualifying). She is passionate about working alongside people to support their wellbeing and navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels meaningful to them.

Drawing on a multidisciplinary foundation of knowledge and skills, Conglin brings a warm, grounded, and adaptable approach to her work. Her practice intergrates person-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches.

Conglin values creating a safe and respectful space where people feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement. She is particularly focused on supporting clients to build on their strengths and believes that each person is the expert in their own life, with the resilience and capacity to create positive and sustainable outcomes.
