Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, Lorna works collaboratively with you, at your pace, to overcome distressing thoughts and behaviours


Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, work-related stress, or relationship challenges, Lorna is dedicated to helping you heal, and achieve personally meaningful change and growth.


Lorna provides evening telehealth appointments, via phone or Zoom.
