Meet Sophie


Sophie is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who provides telehealth counselling to young people and adults experiencing mental health challenges as well as situational stressors or life adjustments. She has experience working in youth mental health, NDIS therapeutic services, and has also worked for government and non-profit organisations across WA and NSW in metropolitan and rural/remote communities.


Sophie values building authentic relationships with her clients, seeing the therapeutic connection as a powerful tool for healing and growth. Her approach is evidence-informed, blending clients’ individual and cultural insights with interventions supported by research.



She is trained in a range of therapies, including Person-Centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Through a person-centred and relational approach, Sophie supports clients to explore their inner world and move toward their personal goals in a safe and collaborative space.
