Lingani is a registered psychologist who is passionate about promoting psychological growth, empowerment, and valued living. Her therapeutic style combines evidence-based tools such as CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness with a flexible, person-centred approach.


Lingani has a particular interest in working with adult clients presenting with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, interpersonal difficulties, and self-esteem issues. She also supports people experiencing trauma, grief, ADHD and attention concerns, burnout, stress, and adjustment difficulties, as well as those navigating complex life transitions or exploring a diagnosis.


With over 14 years of experience in non-government organisations and private practice, Lingani has worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges.
