Meet Emma


Emma is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (since 2012) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Emma has previously worked with Outlook and, after living in Nhulunbuy in 2023, is returning to provide telehealth appointments.


Using a trauma-informed approach, Emma draws on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. She works collaboratively with clients, empowering them to feel heard, understood, and in control of their own lives.


Emma is currently accepting new clients and is available Thursdays and Fridays from 8am to 6pm, and Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4pm to 6pm.
