Meet Caitlin


Caitlin is a dedicated Accredited Mental Health Social Worker providing telehealth counselling to children, young people, and adults experiencing mental health challenges. She has extensive experience supporting vulnerable families and individuals across diverse backgrounds in both government and non-government settings.


Caitlin has worked in schools, supporting primary-aged students with social-emotional wellbeing and educational outcomes, and currently supports adult clients in the community experiencing severe mental health disorders.



Her approach is guided by trauma-informed care, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She uses evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, tailored to each client’s needs and goals.


Caitlin is currently accepting new telehealth clients and offers flexible online appointment times.
