This workshop is about increasing awareness of the links between mental health and the workplace, including how the workplace can have a positive or negative impact on the mental health of staff. It provides information about a range of common mental health issues and how they may impact people’s personal and working life.

Participants gain skills and confidence in approaching someone at work that they may be concerned about and the knowledge to help them to gain the right support.
