Our Coaching Services assist professionals to grow and improve through a hands-on, 1:1 provision with an experienced coach. This enables the participant to target particular areas for improvement/development.
Our coaching service can be provided in 3 different formats to suit the needs of the participant:
Structured Coaching
Overview:

- Reportable
- Signed release of information required from the participant
Reporting Inclusions:

Participant-Led Coaching
Overview:
- Participant-led
- Confidential
- Non-reportable
Reporting Inclusions:
- Confirmation of Attendance only
Formal Referral Coaching
Overview:
- Organisation-led
- Reportable
- Signed release of information required from the participant
- Performance Improvement Plan required
Reporting Inclusions:
- Formal Referral Report
Professional supervision is a positive process of enablement that provides the opportunity for staff to work with a skilled supervisor to reflect on, improve practice and build understanding of professional and clinical issues.
This regular opportunity to reflect critically both enhances and develops essential skills in reflective practice.
Our Professional Supervision service can be provided in 2 different formats:
Individual Supervision
Individual Supervision offers 1:1 confidential sessions that enable your staff to reflect on their work, with particular focus on managing any stress/anxiety that may result from work-related pressure.
Provided to a wide variety of professionals, including (but not limited to):
- Counsellors
- Leaders/Team Leaders
- Legal teams
- Mental Health Workers
- Disability Workers
- Health Care Providers
- Domestic and Family Violence Workers
- School Teachers
Group Supervision
Group Supervision is a facilitated discussion in a group setting that enables participants to reflect on their work.
This service is run by a clinician.
Provided to a wide variety of professionals, including (but not limited to):
- Counsellors
- Leaders/Team Leaders
- Legal teams
- Mental Health Workers
- Disability Workers
- Health Care Providers
- Domestic and Family Violence Workers
- School Teachers
Generally provided onsite at the requesting organisation.
