The Australian Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health at the University of Melbourne undertakes world class trauma related research, policy advice, service development and education. Their innovative services help organisations and health professionals who work with people affected by traumatic events.  The Australian guidelines can be accessed through this site:

Home site of the Trauma Center, a leading center in the treatment and research of trauma in the USA, headed up by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk. The purpose of this site is to help trauma victims renew their sense of security and to give them up-to-date tools for coping.

Home site of the National Center for PTSD (USA). The site contains a wide variety of information and resources on trauma, diagnosis and treatment of children and adults. The site highlights trauma among soldiers and members of the security forces.
