Career Counselling
EASA also offers Career Counselling within the EAP contract. Participants have the opportunity to assess their interests, abilities, values and preferences to develop a Career Action Program.

Comprehensive and integrated analysis and reporting of personal and career strengths and preferences, and possible barriers to career goal attainment

EASA uses a computer based questionnaire, ‘Career Voyager’ to assist participants to identify and rank their skills and preferences. This information is then used in individual sessions to support good decisions make, planning and actions.
