EASA Inc. commenced operation in 1982 as the Employee Assistance Service NT Inc. – a NFP / NGO that is now a registered-charity organisation. Today, EASA offers an integrated package of
psychological and organisational development services to organisations
across the Northern Territory. EASA has grown to deliver
over 230 Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) across Northern Australia.
Our
corporate customers include Australian Federal, Territory and Local
Government Departments and Agencies, Community & Health Services,
Aboriginal Corporations, mining and resource companies, media and
tourism operations.
EASA employs Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, Mediators, Coaches, Consultants and Trainers, with diverse specialties and expertise, ensuring greater options for clients.

EASA is a member of the NT's Counter Disaster Response Team and has previously supported Territorians involved in events such as the evacuations from Bali and Timor, cyclone disasters and their aftermath, and devastation from flooding in the Katherine area.
