Art in a Day – Relieve stress by being creative
This exciting 1 day workshop will demonstrate the benefits of Art in relieving stress. Drawing or painting can take your mind off of what it is that is stressing you; you will be so transformed with the process of creating that you will feel much calmer and more able to tackle the challenges you face.

Mediation Skills Refresher & Skills Practice
This refresher course is for anyone who has attended the 1 Day Mediation Skills for Manager’s and who feels it would be useful to brush up on the model and have an opportunity in a role-playing context to practice and receive feedback on the practical application of these skills.
So if you enjoyed the first Mediation Skills course and you would like more practice this course is for you.
Listen Skills
Hear what people are really saying!
“If you were asked – are you a good listener – what would you say?”
This half day workshop will cover levels of listening and active listening skills. Communication styles and body language play an important role in the understanding of the whole message.
Basic Counselling Skills
Basic Counselling skills is not actually a new course, what is different is that we are now offering Counselling skills in three (3) parts from basic to advanced. This will give you a better understanding of the process of counselling and give more chance to practice skills learned.
Basic Motivational Interviewing
This new program is designed as an introduction to motivational Interviewing and the aim is to give you an understanding of motivational Interviewing and how it works. Then you can go ahead and improve your knowledge by doing Motivational Interviewing two (2) and three (3) which will be run over the year.

Public Workshops

EASA conducts a wide range of public workshops. These programs are open to anyone. To view our calendar and course outlines, please press this link. Public workshops are held at the EASA training room in our Stuart Park offices. Plenty of free parking is available behind the building.
All Public Workshops can also be customised and delivered to Government or private organisations either on-site or at the EASA offices. Please contact our Training and Development staff for more information.
